Customized Large Moist Electric Heating Pad 12*24 inches

We have previously looked at the benefits of heating pads for shoulders and back. Helping you to reduce muscle pain. But how should I pick one? Here are some questions you need to ask yourself. Think carefully, then contact MULAN to make your purchase.

Where do you use it?

Which part of your body is sick? These questions can help you decide on the size and type of heating pad you should buy. Smaller areas or extremities (such as arms, legs or knees) will benefit from a small area. On the other hand, areas such as your back, hips or entire torso may need a larger area to provide immediate relief.

What pain do you treat?

The pain felt during a recent workout is very different from the pain felt during a previous injury. While the latter requires a trip to hospital, pain after strenuous exercise or activity can be easily relieved by a heating pad.

Moist heat or dry heat?

Steaming towels may take longer to penetrate sore muscles, but have a more lasting effect on the body. These treatments take longer and require you to be in a comfortable position before applying the moist heat material. You can take an hour or two off work and go to a nearby spa to have this done for you by a professional, or you can do it yourself at home.

Dry heat methods work faster than wet methods but don't last as long. These are ideal for when you are at work or have to be in a seated position and need quick results.

How does it feel on the skin?

You won't always have the opportunity to try the product beforehand, but even if you can't, try to find reviews about the texture of the heating pad. In a pinch, you can estimate how it will feel based on the fabric listed in its material.

In addition to the surface texture, pay attention to breathability. Breathability is roughly defined as the ability of moisture or steam to disperse through the fabric. Without it, you will end up with a build-up of sweat between your skin and the heating pad, which can be very uncomfortable. Natural fabrics such as cotton and linen are more breathable than synthetic fabrics such as polyester and rayon.

MULAN recommends using a heating pad when you get home from work to help relax tense muscles. Once the pad has been properly heated, place it directly over the source of pain and leave it for 15-30 minutes. Always place the pad over the area where the pain is radiating. after 30 minutes, remove the pad from the affected area. Wait for the area to return to normal temperature and then place the pad on your skin again.

This method will not only help your muscles to heal, but will also give you peace of mind. Or, if you still don't know how to choose, please contact us for a bespoke service to recommend the best blanket for you.
